TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All shown prices are including VAT.

  • The studio is available 24 hours and can be rented anytime.

  • The people who work in the studio are not. For studio rentals between 23:00 and 06:00 there is a 30% surcharge to all standart rates.

  • A linear meter of used paper background costs 25 BGN.

  • When using the cyclorama in STUDIO ONLY package additional charges will apply for preparing the cyclorama (if needed) and/or cleaning the cyclorama (if used). This does not apply for any other package. Please ask about this when booking STUDIO ONLY package.

  • In order to have the cyclorama properly prepared for your shoot, please let us know of your plans for using it. 

  • During Video productions the used electricity is calculated additionally according to the official rates of the official electricity provider.

  • Overtime (OT) starts 15 minutes after each hour.

  • Assistants only open the studio and introduce it to customers. They don't stay in the studio during the shoot. 

  • If you are in need of studio assistant/s and you book them 24 hours prior to the shoot their hourly rate is 40 BGN per hour (or 400 BGN per day). If you request them at the day of the shoot the rate is 60 BGN per hour.

  • Only selected grip is included in the studio's rental rate. Please ask for details.

  • Coffee is free.

  • Pre-light time or other activities prior to the shoot itself is charged as 100% of the hourly rental rate.

  • All conditions regarding equipment rental out of the studio like pick up and drop off times are negotiable.

  • The studio is under video surveillance 24/7.

  • The studio space is not a storage. Every object left in the studio and unclaimed for 5 days is either trashed or becomes property of the studio.

  • The weekend is sacred. In general. It's up to you what you do with it.

  • Advises are free.

УСЛОВИЯ ЗА НАЕМ НА СТУДИО

  • Всички цени са с включен ДДС.

  • Студиото е на разположение 24 часа и може да бъде наето по всяко време.

  • Но хората, които работят за студиото не са на разположение 24 часа. За наем на студиото между 23:00 и 06:00 часа се начисляват 30% върху стандартните цени.

  • Един метър използван хартиен фон се заплаща 25 лв.

  • При използване на циклорамата в пакет STUDIO ONLY се начислява допълнително заплащане за подготване (ако е нужно) и/или почистване на циклорамата (ако се използва). Това не важи за други пакети. Молим попитайте за това при резервиране на пакет STUDIO ONLY.

  • За да може циклорамата да бъде подготвена адекватно за вашата продукция, молим да споделите навреме дали ще я използвате.

  • При Видео продукции използваното електричество се заплаща допълнително спрямо официално обявените цени на доставчика на електрическа енергия. 

  • Всеки час просрочено време - Overtime (OT) - започва да тече след 15-тата минута от новия час.

  • Асистентите отварят и показват студиото, както и запознават с особеностите на техниката. Те не остават по време на снимки. 

  • Ако имате нужда от студио асистент/и, можете да наемете на цена от 40 лв. на час (или 400 лв. на ден) при положение, че заявите желанието си 24 часа преди снимки. Ако желаете да наемете асистент в деня на снимките - цената е 60 лв. на час.

  • Само определени стативи, крепежни елементи и помощни пособия, с които студио разполага са включени в наемната цена. Моля попитайте за подробности.

  • Kафето e безплатно.

  • Разполагане на осветление, декори и подготовка на студиото преди самите снимки се разглежда като реален наем на студиото и се таксува 100% от наемната цена.

  • Всички условия по наемането на техника извън студиото, както и часовете за взимане и връщане, могат да бъдат договаряни.

  • Студиото е под денонощно видео наблюдение.

  • Студиото не е склад. Всеки оставен и непотърсен до 5 дни обект се или изхвърля или остава собственост на студиото.

  • Уикендът е свещен. По принцип. Вие решавате какво правите с него.

  • Всички съвети са безплатни.
